We are looking for a motivated and organized Human Resources (HR) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and payroll-related data
- Coordinate employee joining, induction, and exit formalities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
- Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements
- Assist management in implementing HR initiatives and organizational policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation
- Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry will be an added advantage
