Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Career Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will engage with international leads, understand their career aspirations, and guide professionals toward suitable IT certification programs. As a Sales Executive, you will manage the complete B2C sales cycle for global markets, helping individuals achieve their professional goals through our educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with international leads through various communication channels to understand their career goals and aspirations.
- Provide expert guidance on IT certification programs that align with the needs and interests of potential candidates.
- Manage the entire B2C sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing sales and post-sale follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on program offerings and market trends.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- 1-6 years of experience in international B2C sales, preferably in EdTech sales or voice process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
- Strong understanding of IT certification programs and the EdTech landscape is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
