We are hiring Sales & Marketing professionals for our Retail Weighing Scale Division. Openings are available at Senior, Manager, and Executive levels.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Increase sales of Retail Weighing Scales across assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market visits and generate new customer leads.
- Build long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
- Prepare sales reports and market updates.
Required Experience
- 3–15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Channel Sales, Dealer Development, or Business Development.
- Experience in Retail Weighing Scales, Industrial Products, Measuring Instruments, Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Hardware, Machinery, or Technical Product Sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in building dealer/distributor networks are highly preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
