Job Summary
National Dental Care is looking for an experienced and responsible IT Technician to manage and maintain IT infrastructure across all 10 dental clinics in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that computers, printers, networking equipment, and other IT devices are functioning properly and that technical issues are resolved promptly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support across all 10 dental clinics in Hyderabad.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Handle printer installation, configuration, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
Support basic networking, Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet-related issues.
Perform regular preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, replacements, and service activities.
Coordinate with external vendors/service providers when required.
Respond to IT support requests from clinic staff and resolve issues within a reasonable timeframe.
Travel between different clinic locations for on-site technical support.
Ensure all clinics have reliable and functional IT infrastructure.
Assist with new IT equipment installation and setup whenever required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Technician, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.
Good knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with printers and peripheral devices.
Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, and internet troubleshooting.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clinic locations.
Must be willing to travel regularly for field work across Hyderabad.
Must own a two-wheeler.
Must have a valid driving license.
Should be flexible to visit different clinics based on operational requirements.
Preferred Candidate
A self-motivated IT professional who is comfortable with on-site troubleshooting, field travel, and handling IT support independently across multiple locations.
Pay: ₹20,440.90 - ₹28,243.18 per month
