Anugrahita Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is a leading distributor of premium wellness, nutraceutical, skincare, and FMCG brands across Delhi NCR. We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Executive to manage warehouse operations efficiently and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Perform inward and outward stock entries.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies.
- Manage batch numbers and expiry dates (FEFO/FIFO).
Warehouse Operations
- Receive goods from suppliers.
- Verify quantities against purchase invoices.
- Organize products systematically.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper storage.
- Ensure products are stored according to company standards.
Dispatch & Order Processing
- Pick and pack orders accurately.
- Verify invoices before dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery executives.
- Prepare shipment documentation.
- Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
Documentation
- Maintain inventory records in Excel and ERP/software.
- Prepare stock reports.
- Maintain inward and outward registers.
- Support inventory audits.
Quality & Compliance
- Check damaged or expired products.
- Ensure proper handling of nutraceutical and healthcare products.
- Follow warehouse SOPs and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Inventory management experience
- Dispatch and logistics coordination
- Strong numerical accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of warehouse or inventory experience
- Experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, healthcare, or e-commerce warehouses
- Experience using inventory software or ERP is an advantage
