Job Summary
Interiors By Ashwiinii Dongare is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle company-provided leads, understand client requirements, coordinate with the design team, and convert inquiries into confirmed interior design projects. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
- Follow up with company-provided leads and schedule client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior design solutions.
- Coordinate appointments between clients and the design team.
- Prepare quotations and assist in proposal discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until project confirmation.
- Update lead status and customer information in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with designers and project teams throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship, Customer Service, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, Furniture, Home Décor, Modular Kitchen, Building Materials, Banking, Automobile, Telecom, Insurance, Hospitality, or Retail Sales is welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
