Telecaller – Sales
We are hiring a Telecaller to handle pre-qualified leads (no cold calling) and convert them into customers for our yoga programs.
Responsibilities:
- Call and engage with assigned leads
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable yoga programs
- Convert leads into sales
- Handle queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain follow-ups and update CRM
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Sales-oriented and target-driven
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge
- 1–3 years experience in telecalling/sales preferred
