Key Responsibilities
✅ Manpower Planning & Recruitment for staff and workmen.
✅ Handle Industrial Relations, employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and union management.
✅ Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws including:
- Factories Act
- ESI
- EPF
- CLRA
- Bonus Act
- Gratuity Act
- Shops & Establishment Act
- POSH Compliance
✅ Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and statutory filings.
✅ Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee welfare initiatives.
✅ Conduct Performance Management System (PMS), KRA/KPI reviews, and appraisal processes.
✅ Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
✅ Oversee contract labor management and liaison with government authorities.
✅ Handle administration functions including security, housekeeping, canteen, transport, and facility management.
✅ Generate HR MIS reports and provide analytical support to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- 8–15 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Experience in handling 500+ manpower is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Experience in unionized environments will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
