About the Role
LAVÉ ÉCLAT is seeking an experienced and passionate Skin Therapist to deliver exceptional skincare services in a premium salon environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent client consultation skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional skin consultations and assess clients' skin concerns.
- Perform a range of facial and skincare treatments, including:
- Classic & Premium Facials
- HydraFacial
- Medi-Facials
- Chemical Peels (where certified)
- Skin Polishing
- De-Tan Treatments
- Recommend personalized treatment plans and home-care products.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and sterilization.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
- Accurately maintain client records and treatment history.
- Assist in achieving monthly service and retail sales targets.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and products are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Aesthetics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Skin Therapist in a salon, spa, or aesthetic clinic.
- Sound knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions, and professional skincare treatments.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
