HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, letters, policies, and employee records.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Support HR audits and documentation reviews.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, and joining formalities.
- Conduct induction and orientation sessions.
- Manage employee exit processes, including clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Maintain leave balances and attendance reports.
- Address employee queries related to attendance and leave policies.
Payroll Support
- Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors for monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and employee data.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs and resolve payroll-related queries.
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to employee benefits, insurance, and compliance documentation.
- Support statutory audits and inspections.
Pay: ₹10,819.40 - ₹18,000.00 per month
