About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI / ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and artificial intelligence models. You will work closely with data scientists, backend developers, and product teams to transform business requirements into intelligent solutions that enhance product capabilities and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Build, train, and optimize deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Deploy models into production using APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Work on LLM (Large Language Models) fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into web and mobile applications.
- Conduct experiments, perform A/B testing, and iterate on model improvements.
- Monitor deployed models for accuracy drift, retraining, and performance optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging research, tools, and best practices in AI / ML.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of mathematics and statistics (probability, linear algebra, calculus).
- Experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and model deployment.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, or generative AI projects (preferred).
- Familiarity with API development (Flask, FastAPI) and MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in agile environments.
Good to Have
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, or LangChain.
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) and semantic search.
- Understanding of NLP, computer vision, or speech processing applications.
- Contribution to open-source ML projects or published research.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
