Key Responsibilities:
- Own D2C P&L (web + app)
- Drive growth: acquisition, conversion & retention
- Lead Google & Meta Ads performance marketing
- Manage Shopify website & mobile app growth
- Improve funnels, CRO & user experience
- Handle app growth, retention & loyalty programs
- Use CleverTap & analytics for automation & insights
- Run A/B testing & data-driven optimization
- Manage budgets, vendors & campaigns
Requirements:
- 8+ years D2C / E-commerce growth experience
- Strong Shopify + App growth knowledge
- Hands-on Google & Meta Ads expertise
- Experience in mobile app + retention marketing
- Data-driven mindset & leadership skills
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
