We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell our furnishing and interior solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, presenting design solutions, and converting inquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, architects, builders, and social media.
Meet residential and commercial clients to understand furnishing and interior requirements.
Present product catalogs, samples, and design solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Marketing
Promote company products and services through online and offline channels.
Coordinate social media marketing activities and lead generation campaigns.
Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and real estate developers.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, trends, and customer preferences.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in furnishings, interiors, furniture, or building materials.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage.
Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel locally.
