Twist N Turns, Kolkata's leading dance education brand (20+ years, 6 studios, expanding nationally), is hiring a hybrid Videographer & Graphic Designer. The role combines on-ground filming, post-production editing, and graphic design for social media, events, and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot class footage, performances, instructor intros, and event coverage across multiple studios
- Edit Reels, YouTube Shorts, event recaps, showcase films, and promotional videos
- Design social media creatives, posters, flyers, brochures, and event collateral
- Create motion graphics, title cards, and animated brand elements
- Maintain content calendar with the marketing team
- Manage and archive visual asset library
Must-Have Software Skills (Mandatory)
- ✅ Canva – for posters, social creatives, and marketing collateral
- ✅ Filmora OR DaVinci Resolve – at least one is mandatory; proficiency in both is strongly preferred
Other Required Skills
- Camera operation (DSLR/mirrorless), basic lighting, audio recording
- Strong sense of rhythm, music, and movement
- Ability to direct talent on camera
- Time management across multiple deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in both Filmora and DaVinci Resolve
- Own equipment (camera, gimbal, lapel mic)
- Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Drone operation
- Motion graphics, sound mixing, colour grading
- Prior work with dance, fitness, or performing arts brands
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory if portfolio is strong)
