✔ Casting drawing review, dimensional requirements analysis, and machining allowance verification
✔ Pattern, core box, and match plate design coordination
✔ Methoding development and casting simulation analysis (filling & solidification)
✔ Optimization of gating and feeding systems through simulation trials
✔ Coordination with pattern shop, production, quality, and fettling teams
✔ Trial planning, sample validation, dimensional inspection, and riser cut section evaluation
✔ Preparation and maintenance of method cards and trial records
✔ Moulding box design and fabrication support
✔ Customer rejection analysis and implementation of corrective actions
✔ Coordination of RT, UT, MPI, and dimensional inspections as per customer requirements
✔ Continuous improvement of casting quality, dimensional accuracy, yield, and productivity
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
