About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Improve the overall user experience through usability testing and feedback.
- Maintain design systems and brand guidelines.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop
- Wireframing and prototyping
- User research and usability testing
- Design principles and typography
- Responsive web design
- Problem-solving and creative thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with animation and interaction design
- Familiarity with design systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.

Pay: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per year
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
