Mediezy Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven business development Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, meeting monthly sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role includes both field visits and client calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Present software solutions, conduct product demos, and convert prospects into customers.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable customized solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective follow-ups and negotiations.
- Build strong customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain sales records and share client feedback with management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software sales and marketing.
- Fresher or experienced in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
