We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to supervise and execute electrical works at commercial, residential and hospitality projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of electrical installations, manpower handling, material management and site coordination. Electrical supervisors are generally expected to manage installation quality, safety compliance, schedules and teams on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities at site.
- Execute works as per approved drawings, SLD and project specifications.
- Manage electricians and subcontractors to achieve project targets.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Consultants and Clients.
- Monitor material requirements and maintain site inventory.
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and quality requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain work records.
- Handle cable laying, cable termination, DB installation, panel erection, earthing and lighting works.
- Identify site issues and provide practical solutions to avoid delays.
- Ensure work completion within scheduled timelines. Electrical supervisors are typically responsible for supervising crews, coordinating installations and ensuring compliance with safety and electrical codes.
Required Skills
- Ability to read Electrical Drawings, GA Drawings and SLD.
- Knowledge of HT/LT systems, Panels, DG Synchronization, Earthing and DBs.
- Good manpower management and leadership skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices and standards.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Hotels, Commercial Buildings or Residential Projects.
- Experience in HT/LT Electrical Installation projects.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Ready to travel as per project requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
