The Data Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring reports using SAP BusinessObjects and other travel specific reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making for our clients. The role will transform complex data into actionable insights, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in reporting processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain reports, including applying filters, prompts, variables and formulas for dynamic reporting
- Schedule and monitor reports, including automated bursting and email distribution.
- Optimize report performance and troubleshoot execution issues.
- Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and validate data.
- Monitor platforms and data loading processes, address where possible or escalate as appropriate
- Monitor helpdesk cases for incoming support to be fulfilled
- Ensure reports are delivered within SLA's and maintain business standards for categorisation and filing processes
Suggest process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhancements to reporting solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS: SKILLS & EXP
ERI
- SAP experience preferrable
- Educated to degree level
- Data literate
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pro-active mind set
- Experience in working with large data sets in tools like Microsoft Excel would be an advantage
- Good communications and report presentation skills
- Ability to work to a deadline and prioritise own workload accordingly
- Knowledge of the business travel industry
- Within this role there is opportunity for training (in-house) depending on the candidate's specialism. Existing experience of ATPI systems including GDS, Discovery, Digital, MI reporting would be advantageous
