Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling EV charging equipment, including AC and DC chargers, charging station solutions, installation services, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, developing business relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV charging infrastructure.
- Generate leads from commercial establishments, malls, hotels, fuel stations, fleet operators, residential communities, industries, and government organizations.
- Promote AC chargers, DC fast chargers, and charging station solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable charging solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into orders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the EV sector.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Identify government incentives and policies related to EV infrastructure.
Coordination & Project Support
- Coordinate with technical, installation, and commissioning teams.
- Assist customers during site surveys and project execution.
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
- Track sales pipeline and forecast future business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales of electrical equipment, EV chargers, solar products, power systems, or industrial equipment.
- Freshers with strong communication and technical aptitude may also be considered.
Required Skills

- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Sales Incentives.
