Join our dynamic team at Design Well India Pvt Ltd as a Junior Architect! We are currently seeking two talented individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
As a Junior Architect, you will be responsible for preparing architectural plans and designs, assisting in essential presentations, and contributing to the development and finalization of building plans. Candidates with previous experience in Institutional & Transportation projects, such as railway stations, will be given preference.
This role is highly collaborative, and you will work closely with a team under the supervision of a Senior Architect or Director. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Senior Architects in various Government projects
- Participating in the planning and design of buildings
- Working on design drawings
- Reviewing project proposals and specifications
- Compiling necessary paperwork and documents for projects
- Coordinating details of architectural projects
To excel in this role, you should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other related software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills are essential. You should possess strong design and problem-solving abilities, along with an appreciation for architectural design intent. The ability to work with minimal supervision is also desired.
