Key Responsibilities
- Site Management & Supervision: Supervise daily construction operations, ensuring the structural integrity of the project and execution according to approved blueprints.
- Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret structural, RCC, and architectural drawings to guide construction crews.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine site inspections to verify that materials meet industry standards and that workmanship complies with building codes and regulations.
- Project Progress & Reporting: Monitor project milestones, schedule resource allocation, and prepare regular technical/progress reports for senior stakeholders.
- Technical Troubleshooting:, Identify construction-related challenges and provide practical, creative, and safe engineering solutions.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure timely material deliveries and smooth operational flow
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce stringent site safety protocols to minimize workplace risks, prevent accidents, and ensure a hazard-free work environment.

- Execution Oversight: Supervise daily project activities and coordinate staff to maintain steady workflow.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor weekly milestones, deliverables, and timelines to prevent delays.
- Resource Coordination: Assign task ownership and manage on-site resources effectively.
- Problem Solving: Guide team members through daily blockers and make tactical, on-the-ground decisions.
- Reporting: Update upper management and project owners on real-time project health and expenses.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety procedures, rules, and quality standards on site
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 10 years of proven field experience in commercial, or infrastructure construction.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of surveying instruments and construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).
- Problem-Solving: Decisive with excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Communication: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively manage workers and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Compliance Knowledge: Thorough understanding of local government regulations,
- Budget & Cost Control: Assist in preparing bills of quantities, monitor material usage, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. building codes, and safety standards
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
