- Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and career pathways
- Use effective teaching methods to encourage understanding and critical thinking
- Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and practical work
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and motivation to students
- Maintain discipline and promote positive values and ethics
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic progress
- Participate in school activities, trainings, and professional development
