equired Qualifications

e- monstrated self-starter — sets direction in ambiguity and drives outcomes end-to-end without close oversight.

t- rong experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.

r- oven track record of leading large engineering organizations across multiple teams and functions.

e- ep understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.

t- rong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
