About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Manager - HR (Performance Excellence & HRBP) to drive key HR initiatives for our Sales & Marketing function. In this role, you will lead Performance Management, Sales HR Analytics, Employee Engagement, L&D, R&R, and HR Operations, serving as a strategic bridge between HR and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management (PMS): Drive the complete PMS cycle, coordinate KRA setting and revisions, revamp job descriptions, and run training programs for managers and employees.
- Sales HR & Analytics: Communicate sales targets, analyze achievement metrics, manage quarterly Performance Linked Incentives (PLI) calculations, and publish periodic Sales MIS reports.
- HRBP & Employee Engagement: Conduct structured employee connects, resolve cross-functional concerns, and design/execute quarterly engagement calendars.
- Learning & Development (L&D): Support the L&D roadmap for Sales & Marketing, coordinate training programs (KYP), collaborate on LMS content, and track L&D metrics.
- OD & Culture: Drive HR projects, team-building interventions.
- Rewards & Recognition (R&R): Execute quarterly R&R programs, coordinate leadership interactions and oversee payout disbursements.
- HR Operations: Manage HR billing, purchase orders (PR/PO), vendor payments, and administrative tracking.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred).
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of solid experience in an HRBP role, preferably supporting Sales & Marketing or Field Operations.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency (dashboard creation, sales trends, compensation analytics, and KPI tracking).
- Core Competencies: Strong stakeholder management, high accountability, data accuracy, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
