1. *Logic ERP Management*
* Manage all Logic ERP modules, including Production, Billing, Inventory, and User Management.
* Ensure accurate and timely ERP updates.
2. *Production Module*
* Maintain Production Orders, BOMs, and daily production entries.
* Generate production reports and resolve module-related issues.
3. *Scheme & Campaign Management*
* Create, update, and monitor discount schemes and promotional campaigns.
* Ensure correct pricing before campaigns go live.
4. *Technical Support*
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, barcode devices, and user issues.
* Install and maintain systems and software.
5. *Network & IT Infrastructure*
* Manage LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addresses, internet connectivity, and office IT equipment.
* Coordinate with vendors for technical support.
6. *Utility & Subscription Management*
* Ensure timely payment of Electricity, Wi-Fi, Internet, SIM, and software subscription bills before their due dates.
7. *Data Security & Backup*
* Perform regular data backups and maintain system security.
8. *Reporting*
* Submit daily IT activity reports and maintain IT asset and software records.
*Key KPIs*
* 100% ERP availability and accurate updates.
* Zero billing or campaign errors.
* IT issues resolved within SLA.
* 99% network uptime.
* 100% utility bills paid before the due date.
* Daily data backup completed.
* Monthly IT reports submitted on time.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
