About the Role
A fast-growing fintech based in Gurugram is looking for a high-performing LAP Sales Manager to support and scale its secured lending vertical. The role acts as second-in-command to the vertical head and is critical in driving LAP business growth across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive LAP sales growth across multiple sourcing channels
- Build and manage a strong, scalable sales pipeline ensuring consistent deal flow and closures
- Collaborate closely with credit and operations teams for seamless loan processing
- Track daily sales performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
- Support vertical head in sales strategy, target planning, and market expansion
- Maintain strong understanding of property-backed lending products and market dynamics
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in LAP sales within banks, NBFCs, or fintech companies
- Strong experience in Core LAP or Working Capital lending is mandatory
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding secured lending sales targets
- Strong network of channel partners (DSA ecosystem preferred)
- Hands-on experience across full sales funnel and conversion lifecycle
- Strong understanding of credit fundamentals, yield, pricing, and deal structuring
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven with ability to perform in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
