Aanvios Multimedia Academy is a leading multimedia training institute dedicated to empowering students with industry-relevant skills in Multimedia. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and convert student leads into admissions.
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Follow up with inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation campaigns.
- Represent the academy at educational events, seminars, and career fairs.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Academic Counselling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
