Fine Bearing & Oil Seal Store is looking for a passionate and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team in Ludhiana, Punjab.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Source candidates through job portals and social media
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records
- Support employee engagement and HR activities
- Assist with HR policies, compliance, and performance management
- Coordinate training and employee development programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude with strong organisational skills
