Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Execution Executive to manage end-to-end execution activities in the furniture industry. The candidate will be responsible for site measurements, vendor coordination, dispatch planning, fitter arrangement, installation coordination, and smooth execution of projects at client locations.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, practical problem-solving ability, and experience in handling onsite execution activities.
Key Responsibilities
Site Measurement & Coordination
Visit client sites for accurate measurements and project assessment.
Coordinate with the design and production team for measurement-related updates.
Ensure all site requirements are properly communicated before execution.
Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material availability and delivery timelines.
Follow up regularly to ensure timely execution of orders.
Maintain proper communication with external vendors and internal departments.
Dispatch Management
Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules as per project timelines.
Ensure materials/products are dispatched accurately and on time.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth dispatch operations.
Fitter & Installation Arrangement
Arrange and coordinate fitters/installers for site work.
Monitor installation activities and ensure quality execution.
Resolve onsite issues during installation and execution.
Service & Execution
Ensure smooth completion of projects within timelines.
Handle client coordination regarding installation and service updates.
Maintain execution reports and project status updates.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.

· Basic knowledge of furniture installation and site execution

· Ability to handle onsite execution independently
· Good follow-up and planning skills
· Qualification
· Any Graduate / Diploma
· Preference for candidates with experience in furniture, interiors, modular furniture, or related industries.
· Experience
2–4 years of experience in furniture execution, site coordination, installation, or operations.
