JOB Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Responsibilities
- Call on company's-provided leads and explain them about er4u erp in detailed manner.
- Schedule eR4U demos with potential clients, Our Demo Expert team will showcase the demo to the clients.
- Follow up with prospects to drive conversions and close deals.
- Communicate with prospects on the Whatsapp , after every call send them a Whatsapp message to create engagement.
- Achieve sales closures and generate consistent business for the company.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding and addressing client needs.
- Proactively suggest new sales initiatives and strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication and call-handling skills
- Excellent Chatting skills on Whatsapp
- Strong lead management and follow-up abilities
- Basic understanding of computers, internet, websites, and software products
- Prior experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Professional and confident telephone etiquette
