About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-focused individuals who want to build a strong foundation in HR and recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Associate Intern, you will work closely with hiring teams, interact with candidates, and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
This role is ideal for freshers who want practical exposure to sourcing, screening, communication, and recruitment operations in a fast-growing staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Handle candidate communication professionally
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
- Support hiring teams in closing open positions
- Learn end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes
- Meet daily activity and monthly hiring targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR is a plus
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Work Requirements
- Laptop/Desktop with minimum Intel i3 or above
- Stable internet connection
- Quiet and professional work environment
- Power backup preferred
