We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can help us connect with potential clients, studios, brands, and businesses seeking game development services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients
- Generate qualified business leads
- Build and maintain strong professional client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the development team
- Assist in proposal discussions and project onboarding
- Support business growth initiatives and partnerships
Requirements
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Experience in sales, business development, freelancing, or client acquisition is a plus
- Basic understanding of the gaming or software industry
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Compensation
- This is a commission-based / revenue-sharing opportunity
- No fixed salary will be provided
- You will earn a pre-agreed percentage per project
- The commission will be released only after successful project delivery and upon receipt of payment from the client
- Final percentage will be discussed and agreed based on contribution and performance
