Job Location: Chennai / Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Kolkata / Pune
- Knowledge acquisition from incumbent on the Mainframe Service Delivery and provide KT to offshore team
- Review the documents on regular basis to maintain “AS-IS” Processes and Procedures of DB2 administration as current as possible
- Build Relationship with customer and SMEs at customer’s site
- Build Relationship with hardware vendors & support teams
- Recommend Service Provider’s standard Database Administration Services solution and procedures for Customer’s review and approval
- Recommend and perform the Perform Customer-approved, database streaming and replication procedures
- Ensure completion of authorization Service Requests, Changes, problem ticket
