Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented, and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, driving sales over the phone, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to pitch our products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the right solutions.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups efficiently to close sales.
- Maintain a structured and accurate database of prospects and lead statuses.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
- Explain pricing, benefits, and ongoing offers clearly to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and basic English).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry, or CRM tracking).
- Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay motivated.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Preferred Background
Candidates residing in Jaipur who are highly motivated by sales incentives and targets will be preferred.
