We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The Quality Executive will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves implementing and maintaining quality management systems, conducting inspections and audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control and assurance principles, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare and review quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, quality manuals, and validation protocols.
- Monitor and analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and supply chain, to integrate quality considerations into all stages of product development and manufacturing.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations, quality standards, and technological advancements to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
- Participate in external audits by regulatory bodies and customers, ensuring all necessary documentation and responses are prepared.
- Manage calibration and maintenance schedules for quality control equipment.
- Drive initiatives for process optimization and waste reduction through quality improvement methodologies.
