Senior Project Manager

75WAY Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex software development projects across MEAN, MERN, Python, and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent client communication skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional development teams while ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple software development projects.
- Manage projects based on MEAN, MERN Stack, Python, AI/ML.
- Gather and analyze client requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps, and Business Analysts.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage client communication, project status updates, demos, and stakeholder expectations.
- Review project documentation including BRDs, SRS, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Monitor team productivity and provide mentorship to team members.
