Senior Operations Manager – Bengaluru

About The Car Laundry
The Car Laundry is a premium automotive detailing and vehicle protection company. This
leadership role owns Bengaluru operations across multiple workshops and acts as the single point
of contact between city operations and the CEO.
Role Summary
Lead 2–3 Workshop Managers while driving revenue, profitability, operational excellence, customer
satisfaction, team development and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Store Leadership
Manage multiple workshops, conduct audits, ensure SOP compliance and operational consistency.
Revenue & Growth
Drive monthly revenue, walk-ins, upselling, repeat customers and profitability.
P&L; Ownership
Review revenue, expenses, labour productivity, material usage and monthly performance.
Customer Experience
Resolve escalations, improve Google ratings and ensure premium service.
Brand Building
Lead apartment activations, corporate tie-ups, influencer campaigns, referral programs and local
marketing.
People Leadership
Hire, train, coach and review Workshop Managers.
Operations
Maintain quality, inventory, safety, equipment and housekeeping standards.
Reporting
Present weekly and monthly business reviews to the CEO.
KPIs
Revenue Growth, Store Profitability, P&L;, Customer Satisfaction, Google Ratings, Team
Productivity, Material Wastage, Repeat Business, Walk-in Sales, Employee Retention, Process
Compliance and Brand Building.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), 6–10 years of operations experience, multi-location leadership,
analytical skills, excellent communication, proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office and a valid
driving licence.
Preferred Background
Automobile workshops, dealerships, detailing companies, retail chains, hospitality or other
multi-unit service businesses.
Success
Build scalable operations, improve profitability, develop leaders and support expansion across
Bengaluru.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
