Overview
PENNEP is looking for a detail-oriented Content Validation Executive to review and verify educational content before publication. The candidate will be responsible for checking course quality, accuracy, structure, and learner relevance to ensure high educational standards across all training programs and certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate course content, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Ensure course materials are accurate, updated, well-structured, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Verify grammar, formatting, clarity, and consistency across all course modules.
- Check whether course content meets industry standards and learner requirements.
- Coordinate with Course Creators and trainers to suggest improvements or corrections.
- Validate quizzes, assessments, case studies, and certification content for quality and relevance.
- Ensure uploaded content on LMS is complete and functioning properly.
- Review recorded sessions, presentations, and supporting learning materials for accuracy.
- Maintain quality checklists and validation reports for each course.
- Identify gaps, duplicate content, or outdated information and recommend updates.
- Ensure content follows company guidelines, academic standards, and operational processes.
- Support continuous improvement of learning content and learner experience.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of content review, proofreading, and quality assurance.
- Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and improvement areas.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and online learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in content review, academic coordination, training, or quality assurance will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and EdTech workflows.
- Understanding of instructional design or curriculum structure.
- Experience in reviewing educational or technical content is a plus.
Work Schedule
- Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Onsite
- 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM – Remote
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
