Job Summary
Wizmonk OPC Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone. Telecalling roles typically involve outbound calling, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, CRM updates, and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, or product demonstrations.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports and activity updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under target-driven environments.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Odia is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum: +2 / Any Graduate.
