Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze logs, trace errors, and perform root cause analysis effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration services and API management.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
