Profile for position of Sales Support Engineer
1. Key Responsibilities
· Execute the following principal activities:
The team performs the following key activities related to post order including customer support
a. Review RFQ, received from Sales team.
b. Create Sales Quotation for all company Products
c. Discussion with Vendor & customers
d. Reports generation
· Supporting Saudi Arabia Sales & service team across region.
· Maintain sales history and prepare quotations as per company norms
· Co-coordinating with customers and agents on technical and commercial clarifications.
· Booking Sales and Service orders in SAP
· Working on Service contracts with pricing.
· Maintain EBKSA quality standards.
· Managing customer deliveries and expediting the same
· Managing and generating all reports required by sales team & management.
· Support and coordinate with Engineering & SCM on inventory working and optimisation.
· Purchase & Inventory
o Getting multiple competitive quotes from external suppliers for Trade & non-Trade supplies.
o Should be familiar with Tendering process specially for non- Trade supplies.
o Create Purchase orders globally on intercompany as well as external suppliers.
o Receiving Order acknowledgment from suppliers & updating them in system.
o Expediting orders and follows ups with the suppliers for deliveries.
o Managing customer complaints related to deliveries.
o Coordinate & execute yearly stock take activities and generate and submit the findings
o Generating reports & submission
2. Position Requirements
· Diploma/ Degree in Supply chain management.
· Knowledgeable in ERP. SAP knowledge preferred
· 5-7 years’ experience in logistics related field is required
· Experience with large and complex organizations is an added advantage
· Appropriate computer and IT systems skills/knowledge (MS office, document management), experience with processes, data structures, reporting and analysis.
· Fluent English (spoken and written)
· Drive for excellence in own work and cooperation with colleagues/employees.
· Work in good team environment
· High degree of communication skills, active and continuous information/communication with senior management, colleagues and group functions

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
