Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Developer / Senior Motion Graphics Designer with strong expertise in motion graphics, video editing, character animation, and AI-assisted content creation.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing high-quality videos, animations and interactive learning content by combining traditional production techniques with modern AI tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesMotion Graphics & Animation
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Strong experience in Character Rigging and Character Animation.
- Create engaging animated explainers, motion graphics, kinetic typography and infographic animations.
- Apply strong understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions and visual storytelling.
- Create scenario-based and character-driven learning content.
Video Editing – Adobe Premiere Pro
- Advanced video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Handle audio and video synchronization.
- Perform green screen / Chroma Key removal and compositing.
- Perform color correction and color grading.
- Handle video cleanup and enhancement.
- Perform sound mixing and audio balancing.
- Integrate subtitles and captions.
- Implement transitions and effects.
- Optimize video formats for multiple platforms.
Graphic Design & Asset Creation
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Create and modify visual assets for videos and animations.
AI-Driven Content Development
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for video, animation, image, voice and content creation.
- Experience using various AI tools.
- Integrate AI-generated assets with traditional animation and video production workflows.
- Leverage AI to accelerate production while maintaining creative quality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate learning, training or eLearning environments.
- Experience creating AI-powered learning experiences, simulations and adaptive training modules.
