Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Design engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling campaigns.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize them for better results.
- Generate monthly reports on social media performance and key metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and paid advertising campaigns.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
