The Team Lead is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring smooth inbound, sorting, storage, and outbound processes. The role focuses on achieving operational targets, maintaining service quality, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving team productivity while complying with Delhivery's operational standards and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations.
- Plan and allocate manpower to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor inbound, sorting, scanning, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure shipments are processed within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Track daily productivity and operational performance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock verification.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and safety policies.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and workforce utilization.
- Coach, mentor, and develop warehouse associates and Assistant Team Leads.
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational errors.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain operations.
- Minimum 1 year of team handling experience preferred.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
