Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources and possess good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare attendance and leave records.
- Assist in payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
- Draft HR letters, memos, and other documentation.
- Coordinate training and performance review activities.
- Support daily HR and administrative operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
- Experience in attendance management and employee documentation.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
