Role Overview
We are looking for a well-groomed, hospitality-oriented individual to manage the overall guest experience at the Experience Center. The role involves handling VIP/VVIP guests, maintaining hospitality standards across conference rooms and self-service coffee areas, and ensuring a seamless, premium customer experience at all times.
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Welcome and assist guests, customers, VIPs, and VVIP visitors professionally
- Coordinate and support hospitality requirements for Directors and leadership guests
- Ensure smooth handling and escorting of important visitors when required
- Maintain high standards of presentation, etiquette, and professionalism
Conference Room Management
- Ensure conference and discussion rooms are always:
- Clean and well-organized
- Properly set up before meetings
- Stocked with required materials and refreshments
- Coordinate room readiness for:
- VIP meetings
- Leadership discussions
- Customer presentations
Self-Service Coffee Bar Management
- Maintain the self-service coffee area in a clean, hygienic, and presentable manner at all times
- Refill and organize:
- Coffee supplies
- Tea sachets
- Cups & consumables
- Sugar/stirrers/tissues
- Ensure overall upkeep and presentation of the pantry/coffee counter
Coffee Machine Operations
- Hands-on knowledge of coffee machines, preferably:
- Italian semi-automatic coffee machines
- Responsibilities include:
- Preparing coffee and beverages
- Operating the machine efficiently
- Daily cleaning and maintenance
- Monitoring functionality and hygiene standards
Preferred Skills
- Hospitality / hotel management background preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Basic understanding of customer service etiquette
- Ability to handle VIP/VVIP guests confidently
- Knowledge of coffee brewing and machine handling preferred
