Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Incubation Manager to lead and manage the institution's incubation activities. The role involves supporting student and faculty startups, building industry partnerships, organizing innovation programs, and fostering an entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and compliances of the incubation centre.
- Mentor and support startups from idea to commercialization.
- Build partnerships with industries, investors, mentors, and government agencies.
- Organize startup events, innovation challenges, workshops, and incubation programs.
- Assist startups in fundraising, business development, and market access.
- Coordinate with faculty, students, and external stakeholders for innovation initiatives.
- Maintain incubation records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Eligibility
- Master's degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in startup incubation, innovation, entrepreneurship, or business development activities.
- Excellent communication, networking, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of startup ecosystems, government incubation schemes, and innovation policies.
- Strong stakeholder management and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to develop strategic collaborations and manage multiple projects.
