Job Title: Accounts & Admin Executive
Role Overview
We are looking for an Executive Accountant & Admin with 2–3 years of experience who can efficiently manage accounting operations, administrative coordination, and office processes. The ideal candidate should have strong financial accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced creative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, procurement and billing processes
- Handle vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure timely compliance-related documentation and record maintenance
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and basic financial summaries
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations
- Support administrative functions including office management and documentation
- Oversee office supplies, operational requirements, and vendor coordination
- Support management with operational coordination and process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounts with administrative roles
- Must be a graduate in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in design, construction, furniture, architecture or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Busy, Tally, Excel, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of invoicing, bookkeeping, and expense management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with High attention to detail and financial accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills with Strong problem-solving and process management skills
- Basic understanding of office administration and operational processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools for workflow efficiency
- Familiarity with GST billing, TDS, and basic compliance documentation
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and cloud-based documentation systems
