Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop suppliers for power electronics, mechanical components, and sub-assemblies
- Drive RFQs, commercial negotiations, and cost-reduction initiatives
- Manage domestic and international procurement activities
- Build a resilient multi-source supply chain
- Monitor BOM costs and collaborate with R&D and Production teams
- Handle imports, logistics coordination, and vendor performance management
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for upcoming EV charger platforms
We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in sourcing and procurement
- Strong exposure to Electronics, Power Electronics, or EV Components
- Experience with imports, vendor management, and procurement operations
- Hands-on knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, BOM costing, and inventory planning
- Strong negotiation and supplier development capabilities
- BE/B.Tech (Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical) preferred
- MBA in Supply Chain is an added advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
